Managing Partner

We seek an experienced Managing Partner to lead our strategic growth and cement our position as Switzerland’s leading AI SEO authority. In this high-impact role, you’ll be key in shaping our business strategy, building C-suite client relationships, and guiding digital transformation for our top clients. Key Requirements:

  • Senior Expertise in Generative AI (GEO) & SEO Strategy: Proven track record in developing and executing AI-powered SEO and digital strategies for complex, high-stakes clients. Experience with leveraging generative tools (e.g., prompt engineering) for efficiency and innovation.
  • Strategic Consulting & C-Suite Communication: Exceptional ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating complex AI/SEO concepts into clear business strategies and demonstrating tangible ROI.
  • Ownership and Accountability (Swiss Standard): Unwavering commitment to quality, ensuring projects are delivered with Swiss precision—meticulous attention to detail, reliability, and guaranteed quality of work and results.

Digital Marketing Internship

As a Digital Marketing Intern at SEO Transformer, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a specialized AI agency, supporting various aspects of our Generative Strategy and campaign execution. You will work closely with a dedicated mentor and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams focused on content optimization, data analysis, and technical SEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generative Content Support: Assist in optimizing content for AI-driven search (GEO), including meta-data structuring, entity management, and prompt engineering for content creation.
  • Digital Campaign Management: Support campaign setup and monitoring for Google Ads, social media, and email communication, focusing on performance tracking and data integrity.
  • CMS and Technical Support: Regularly update and manage content on the CMS (e.g., WordPress/Shopify), focusing on implementing technical SEO best practices and maintaining site health.
  • Project Management Support: Contribute to managing tasks, timelines, and reporting for client projects, ensuring alignment with precise delivery standards.

Requirements:

Education: Final-year student or fresh graduate in a related field, preferably with a background in digital marketing, data science, or technology.

Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of digital marketing, organized, and a keen ability to learn and adapt to new AI tools.

Technical Knowledge: Basic experience with WordPress/Shopify, Google Analytics, or any data visualization tool is a strong plus.

Languages: Strong English skills; German and French knowledge is a significant advantage for our Swiss clients.
