Training Courses Terms and Conditions

By registering for the training courses/ program, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the below terms and conditions in their entirety.

Payment 

• Registration and Payment: Participants must make the payment before the first training session commences. 
• Fees are non-refundable.

Certificates

Participants who successfully complete the training course will receive an SEO Transformer Certificate.

Success Guarantee

Participants who do not meet the course’s objectives can retake the course during a future session with available spots at no additional cost. This success assurance is valid for one year.

Cancellations Made by the Trainer

The Trainer reserves the right to cancel, move, and reschedule a training event or course due to circumstances that are beyond the Trainer’s control, such as Trainer’s illness or low attendance. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact and notify clients of any alterations to their training event or course. If a training event is canceled, the trainer will either re-allocate clients to future training events with the client’s consent or offer live virtual training events.

De-Inrollment Terms : Deregistration | Cancellation | No Show | Transfer | Replacement

Registration is binding. If you are unable to attend the course, you can cancel your participation or transfer to a different course. The following conditions apply:

• Cancellations are no longer possible for already activated services such as Learning support.
• A request for deregistration or transfer must be submitted in writing and confirmed by us in writing. The request will be considered submitted on the day it is received by the Trainer. 
• Clients are not entitled to a reduction or reimbursement if they are unable to attend the course (due to illness, military service, work commitments, or other reasons) or if they leave the course early without a valid reason. However, if a valid reason is provided (such as prolonged illness or accident), the Trainer may, at their discretion, offer the opportunity to join a different course.
• The Trainer reserves the right to modify the course program and these terms and conditions at any time. Contracts will be governed by the terms and conditions in effect at the time of contract agreement.
  

Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright

By registering, you agree to adhere to the following stipulations: course materials and the software used during the course (including operating systems and all applications) are protected by copyright and are intended for personal use only. Copying software or removing it from the course classroom is strictly prohibited. Without written permission from the Trainer, it is forbidden to reproduce, print, translate, or electronically process course documents, texts, and photos, or to share them with third parties for internal or external use. All materials are the intellectual property of the Trainer. Third parties are not allowed to access the forums.

Privacy Policy

By registering or accepting an offer, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Code of Conduct 

Participants are required to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during training sessions. Any behavior deemed disruptive or disrespectful by the organizer may result in immediate expulsion from the training program without a refund.

Limitation of Liability

The organizer shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the training program, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.

Initial Stipulations

The contractual relationship is subject exclusively to Swiss law.

The place of jurisdiction is 1205 Geneva.
